While we encourage you to create an account for the most comprehensive ordering and shipping information, we now offer guest checkout. When you are ready to check out simply click on “Check out as guest”
I have a promotion code, where do I enter it?
Promotional codes can be entered in the box in the shopping cart or at checkout. Enter the promo code in the box and click “Apply”. Free Shipping discount will not display until the qualifying shipping method has been chosen. Please enter Free Shipping Promo Codes at the last stage of checkout.
How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been processed you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen, which contains all of your order information and your order number. If you did not choose guest checkout, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically ship the next business day, but please allow up to two business days for processing. Orders placed after 10 AM will not ship until the next business day, including orders with express shipping. If you need your order expedited, please contact customer service ASAP.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
As long as you contact us before your order has shipped, we can make changes to or cancel your order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. If you did not use guest checkout, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking number when your order has been processed for shipment.
What if my item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, we will ship ahead on the rest of the items in your order and ship the out of stock item when it comes in to stock. If the item is completely sold out, you will not be charged. Please note, International orders will only be shipped in full, out of stock items can either be cancelled or the order can be held until the missing item arrives.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive e-mail notifications as your order status is updated. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and clicking on “Order History”

Will I get a receipt with my order?
A packing slip with pricing information will be enclosed with your order unless it is a gift order. Your order confirmation e-mail also acts as your receipt. You can also log into your account to view your Order History and charges.
Do you offer gift services?
Brooklyn Industries offers Free gift messages on every order; Gift-wrapping is available on most items for a fee of $4.00 (Kraft Paper Gift Box and Brooklyn Industries Tissue Paper and Greeting Card). We also offer Gift Cards in multiple denominations which can be redeemed at any Brooklyn Industries retail store or on this website.
Can I receive a price adjustment on sale items or limited-time promotions?
If an item is marked down permanently within seven (7) days of purchase, Brooklyn Industries will honor a price adjustment in the form of a Brooklyn Industries gift card for the price difference. Original proof of purchase is required, please contact Customer Service to request a credit. Cash refunds will not be issued. Price adjustments are not available on limited time promotions, including Free Shipping offers and Percent Off sales.
What is the brooklynindustries.com return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (online orders only, excludes "FINAL SALE" merchandise). All items must be unworn with all price tags intact. We will not accept returns without the original tags and receipt/packing slip. Orders over 30 days will not be accepted for return. Please mail the returns directly to the address below along with the completed return or exchange form. Brooklyn Industries is not responsible for any return shipping charges or if your package is lost en route by your chosen shipping provider. We recommend you track and insure your package. On the return form, please indicate how you would like us to handle your return: exchange, refund, or online gift certificate. If you would like to exchange an item, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on the new item. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. What is the Brooklyn Industries Store Purchase return policy?

No, the policy differs slightly. Stores do not offer cash or credit card refunds on purchases and ALL in-store sale merchandise is considered "FINAL SALE".
Can all merchandise be returned?
Most merchandise purchased online may be returned, however items marked "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged. Items that cannot be returned will be marked on your invoice and will not be available on the RMA system. Store purchases may be mailed in for exchange or return for store credit. Items sent in for return must be in their original condition and still have the tags on them, a copy of your receipt is required for all store purchase returns and exchanges. Sale items purchased during additonal % Off Sale promotions are considered "FINAL SALE." Exchange for a different size is permissable if the size is available. Please contact customer service in this case.
How do I return an item from my order?
To return an item from your order, please log in to your account and select "Order History". Select your order from the list and fill out the RMA request. Unworn items not marked "FINAL SALE" can be returned within 30 days of purchase (based on the post mark date on your return). We recommend insuring your return package. Brooklyn Industries is not responsible for return packages lost in the mail.

Can I exchange an item in my order for something else?
Yes, to exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request for return and then fill out the form on the back of your packing slip and indicate the item you would like for exchange. Your exchange order will ship for free. If the item you would like is not available, we will ship your second choice as indicated on the form or we will credit you for the original item. We can also attempt to request items from our stores to fulfill your exchange. Please allow an additional two weeks to process store transfers. Please note: we are unable to provide free exchange shipping for international orders.
Do you offer express exchange?
Yes, Brooklyn Industries offers limited quantities of our designs. To ensure you will receive the item you would like for exchange, place a new order for the item. Fill out a RMA request to return your original purchase and indicate the order number of your new order in the Express Exchange box on the returns form. When your return is received we will refund you for the entire order including shipping. Please note, this option is not available for international orders.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact customer service about the damage and we will send a pre-paid return label to pick up the damaged item. We will then send you a replacement or refund you if a replacement is not available.
Can I mail in a return for merchandise that I bought at your store?
If you purchased the item in the store, please bring it back to one of our locations. Our store policy listed above applies. If you bought an item in our store, but are unable to bring it back to our location, you can send it to our office address to be exchanged for store credit, online credit, or another item only. Just follow the same instructions for internet exchanges, only include your original store receipt instead of the packing slip.
Can I return an online purchase at your store?
Online returns and exchanges may be dropped off at any one of our store locations. Stores are able to process returns for store credit or exchange only on premise. If you would like a refund to your credit card, the item will be transferred back to our headquarters for processing, and you will be emailed when the transaction is completed. Please allow one week for processing. Exchanges may be made in the stores for items of equal or greater value than purchased. Any exchange for lesser will be issued a store credit or sent back to headquarters for processing.Please bring your original packing slip or receipt along with a completed return or exchange form.
