BROOKLYN INDUSTRIES LIMITED LIFETIME BAG WARRANTY

Most Brooklyn Industries bags are covered by our limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. After a thorough bag evaluation, if Brooklyn Industries determines damage is due to manufacturing defects, the bag will be repaired free of charge. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it.

If the bag is not able to be repaired and the owner chooses not to accept a replacement bag or credit, the bag will be returned as is.

Only full-price bags that are sold with Brooklyn Industries' Lifetime Warranty hang tags will be eligible for lifetime warranty repairs. (Leather bags and bags purchased on sale or from the Brooklyn Industries Outlet are NOT covered under Brooklyn Industries' limited lifetime bag warranty.)

This warranty does not cover products purchased at the Brooklyn Industries Outlet Store. The Brooklyn Industries Outlet sells products that are discontinued, slightly blemished or damaged at significant discounts.

Typical turnaround time for repairs is about four to six (4-6) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume.

Our Bag Repair warranty is available to US customers only at this time.

Please click the “Bag Repair Request” link on the left side of this page and fill out the online form and print a copy of your filled out form to include with your bag when you send it in for return.

We recommend insuring your package. Brooklyn Industries is not responsible for packages lost in the mail on their way to us.  Please contact customer service for the physical address if you would like to return your package via UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO box. 1-800-318-6061
